
Been on a bit of a Sichuan bender these days. Discovered Garlic & Chile in Burnaby. After twenty or so trips, I might have to admit I may have a problem. Nah. This is incredible food.
Perfectly spiced Hot & Sour Soup. Tam Tam Noodles with the just the right amount of peanut sauce and chili oil. The Mongolian Beef is tender, spicy and loaded with wok hay. The Braised Beef Noodle Soup was superb. And then there's the Singing Chicken Hot Pot! The chef, Mr. Yin, even made us a traditional Sichuan soup that wasn't on the menu.
I know I have a serious addiction. I'm just going to have to deal with it...one dish at a time.
